“i had Pasadena Peaks Roofing install a metal shingle roof on our home in Beverly Hills, and the whole process went smoothly from the first estimate to the final cleanup. i wanted a roof system that would last a very long time, help lower the extreme attic heat during hot california summers, and keep old roofing grit and debris out of the gutters as the roof ages. the estimator arrived on time, explained the roofing options clearly, and helped us understand the long-term value even though the price was higher than a basic roof replacement. the materials were delivered in advance and stored neatly on the driveway until the roofing crew arrived. when the install started, the team, including jermaine and lucas, worked efficiently, stayed professional, and kept the jobsite organized every day. one person was constantly cleaning up loose material and nails, so there was basically no mess left behind when the project was done. the finished roof looks excellent. it has the classic look of standard shingles, not the harsher commercial style that some metal roofing systems have. beyond appearance, the performance has been a real improvement. before the new roof and added ventilation, the attic got extremely hot on sunny days. after the installation, the attic felt noticeably cooler and much less stuffy, which has been better for the stored items up there and for overall comfort in the house. the added ridge and soffit venting made a clear difference. we also appreciated learning about color choices and energy performance. we picked a darker color for looks, but the roof still helped with heat control, which is important in a warm place like Beverly Hills. during rain, i do not notice any unusual sound from the metal roof, likely because the home has solid insulation and attic separation. another thing i liked was how sturdy and well-planned the whole roofing system feels. the shingles look clean, the flashing work appears well done, and everything has held up nicely. so far, we have had no leaks, no drainage issues, and no other problems. overall, this was a very positive experience, and i would recommend this roof to anyone looking for a durable, attractive upgrade with good ventilation and solid installation quality.”
