I got a complete roof replacement, upgrading a 30 yr old roof with wood shingles, in Van Nuys, CA. I am a first time homeowner, just starting out with my first big job with my family and my first kid. As a result I was super sensitive towards pricing, yet did not want to get cheated and wanted to get good work done. The roof was a major big ticket item immediately after buying the home, and I went and got 14-15 quotes (no exaggeration).
I thought I had made up my mind. And then Sean happened to ring my bell and ask “Hey I couldn’t help noticing you might need a new roof?”

I am very pleased that I chose West Coast Roofing LA to perform the SEAL TECH roof Restoration on my home. They were very helpful and professional in every facet of the job. Sean in sales, project manager Aaron, installation crew and company owner Samir were all awesome to work with. They all met and exceeded my expectations as did the final result of a great job on my roof. I am very happy and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.
We recently hired West Coast Roofing to replace the flat roof on our Manhattan Beach home, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish (it was even done on time). We also liked that they took photos of everything and shared a portal with me to see everything.
A special shoutout to Samir and Aaron, who were incredibly professional, communicative, and made sure the project went smoothly. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything clean once the job was done.
Overall, we would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work!
