Sage and River did wonderful work, addressing issues with creative solutions and an eye to save costs. River, a project manager, was amazing, bringing professionalism and a keen eye for detail. The team communicated promptly and clearly throughout renovations, and the price was reasonable. Even after jobs were done, Jacob, Ken, and owner Sage came back and made it right, which is rare. One client noted the project had setbacks, but the crew stands behind their work. Another client had to postpone a bathroom remodel due to a personal medical issue but would work with them again. For a contractor that does great work and can be trusted, New Dawn Construction is highly recommended.
New Dawn just completed a bathroom project for us plus replaced the floors in two of our bedrooms and the work is top tier quality. The team was quick, efficient, and always responsive. Design lead Kim was friendly, helpful, and his suggestions were always on point. The day to day Project Manager Jorge was amazing, truly a standout in his field. I honestly can't overstate how refreshing and helpful it was to work with Kim and Jorge. The work was completed faster than I expected without being rushed, and it honestly blew me away how the crew managed it all like clockwork. All construction projects are journey, and this one definitely came to a happy ending.
New Dawn Construction provided a competitive quote for my bathroom remodel. Ken and Jacob listened to my concerns and wants, and provided good solutions. They did a great job with communication and made it comfortable to work with them. I was ready to start construction with them but due to a personal medical issue I had to postpone my bathroom remodel. I would work with them again when I am ready to remodel.
We hired New Dawn Construction to renovate two apartments in a building that's over a century old — two kitchens, one bathroom, and a rotating cast of surprises that come standard with any pre-war LA structure. The project ran about six months.
