Had the floors redone throughout the house and remodeled both bathrooms at the same time. One was kept pretty simple with a tub and ceramic tile, while we spent a little more on the bathroom in our bedroom. Both came out clean and nothing feels overdone.

Clients appreciate their ability to improve functionality and space. One customer transformed a garage laundry area into a dedicated laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, cabinets, and a counter, which became one of their favorite updates. Another project involved converting a garage into a studio with a bathroom and kitchenette, providing much more usable space. They also fixed issues from an old addition, such as uneven floors, narrow doorways, and poor ductwork, before proceeding with cosmetic updates like new flooring and a remodeled kitchen. In the kitchen remodel, they preserved the house's original Saltillo tile and added a pass-through window, maintaining the home's charm.
Additionally, the company built a detached ADU of nearly 800 sq ft with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and a fenced yard. They incorporated energy-efficient features like solar panels and a mini split system, which helped the property rent quickly. Overall, American Reliable Construction & Remodeling is known for quality work, fixing old issues, and creating functional, attractive spaces.
Reviews
Our laundry used to be in the garage which got old fast, especially when it was 100 degrees outside. We took part of a hallway closet and the back of an oversized pantry and made a proper laundry room inside. They fit a stacked washer and dryer, cabinets and a little counter for folding. Not the biggest remodel we’ve done, but probably one of the changes we appreciate the most.
A good portion of our remodel was fixing things from an old addition. The floors were at slightly different heights, one doorway was weirdly narrow and the AC barely reached the back rooms. They leveled everything out, widened the opening into the family room and redid the ductwork before we got into any of the cosmetic work. We eventually did new flooring through the first floor and remodeled the kitchen too. Fixing those older issues probably made a bigger difference than anything we picked at the showroom
