I have a very painful knot on my back from a shattered collarbone.

She spent almost 50 minutes working on that area.

It is a week later and I still have no pain in that area.

Otherwise like me my family just tipped this spa $79 for purchasing a spa treatment gift certificate.

“I really loved this place. From the moment you walk into the lobby, there’s such a beautiful sense of space — the colors, the subtle details, the overall atmosphere feel very soothing and thoughtfully designed.
The spa itself is not very large, but it has everything you need. And what it does have, it does really well.
The steam room is amazing — you can feel your whole body deeply relaxing there. The soaking tubs are a highlight for me: you can close the curtains and have full privacy, just sink into the water and fully unwind. I even brought my own eucalyptus oils and added them to the bath — it made the experience even more special.
They also have infrared sauna, and overall it feels like a complete reset for the body and nervous system.
What I especially appreciated is how quiet and uncrowded it was — in the mornings it was often just me or only a couple of other people. Very tranquil, peaceful, and grounding.
And the heated bed is such a simple but beautiful touch — lying there was pure pleasure.

She recently moved from a different location, so this specific Google location has not had a chance to get a lot of reviews yet, although if you come, you will not be disappointed. This is a therapeutic massage for those who have chronic pain, a need for an experienced massage therapist, and of course a wonderfully focused relaxation session. She's extremely knowledgeable with the muscles, anatomy, and connection points between the body to help alleviate chronic pain + other triggering issues. My first massage she spent a good deal of time talking about my previous injuries, and going over where I have pain and why. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely cares about helping with the pain. She checks in during the session regularly to ensure pressure is good, and she's responsive to my requests. “I had my first session with Douglas today. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. We started off talking and then he had me walk. I am a dancer and have great balance and move well on the dance floor. But walking always felt clunky to me. I felt that I never learned to walk correctly and he helped me with that today. It was hard but I went home and walked through my neighborhood slowly focusing on what he told me. Then I walked again tonight and what I noticed was I felt no tension in my neck or shoulders.
