Heat can be adjusted by bath attendant, and several times during your 30-minute treatment you'll be checked on, and offered water or cold towels while you bake and exfoliate. Enjoy the warmth, and the baby butt-like quality of your skin when done. Stressed out, tired, treated myself to a lymphatic massage with cedar bath package. I have some experience with dry brushing, but there's nothing like a professional treatment with instruction how to achieve these results at home. Lymphatic massage guests leave with a dry brush to use at home and a sample of essential oils. Sublime. Can't wait to go again and spend more time in the gardens.“

Place was cute and we enjoyed a nice massage after a day of hiking and out & about. Afterwards. We were welcome to use their facilities (pool, bar, outdoor space to play Cornhole or read a book). “the space is so peaceful and harmonious. I had my first class this morning at 6:30 for Katonah Yoga Flow taught by Defne, it was a struggle getting up but I am so glad I did. Her class is so dynamic, one hour flew right by. She starts with breathing work with a lot of movement. Then it goes into more vinyasa, class ends with some bending and cooling. it is not the typical yoga class but I think everyone should give this class a try!“
