Stacys work was very attuned to what my body was asking for. I really felt like I was being worked “with” rather than “on” and that made for a very positive experience for me. I quite literally melted into the table! I felt extremely relaxed, cared for and that everything in my body was being met with great awareness and attention. If you are looking for a very spectacular healing experience, this is the spot for you.
I went to Stacy for help with very tight muscles in my neck and head along with tightness and pain in my jaw from grinding my teeth. My dentist recommended a mouth guard to protect teeth but I knew that wouldn’t stop grinding. After one treatment of the Tibetan Cranial Care from Stacy I felt immense relief and improvement. The grinding may possibly be stopped-only time will tell- but in the meantime I feel so much better! The pain is virtually gone. The treatment room is cozy and relaxing. Stacy is very kind and I highly recommend her.
