Wow! What a difference Susan has made with my upper back pain. I saw traditional massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors and an MD and none brought as much help as she could. She managed to deliver improvement almost immediately, I would recommend her to anyone suffering from muscle spasms and severe pain.

Susan is amazing and has totally helped my wife and I get over a number of painful injuries over the past five years or so. She's basically a PhD level practitioner and knows exactly how to get in there and release the poor muscles that are stuck and painful. You should realize that this is a lot different than the usual massage with oil on bare skin. If you have any kind of serious problem, this is so much better. This last time I came in my neck was so messed up (I'd had a surprise blow to my nose). It was really hurting and nothing I'd done had helped at all. After 14 months of painful plantar fasciitis and way too many doctors/bodyworkers/chiropractors/acupuncturists/movement therapists/etc to mention here, I ended up seeing Susan McDaniel on a recommendation. Now, five and half weeks (and four treatments) later, I am so much better that I can hardly believe it. There is no way to know exactly how much of the credit goes to Susan but I know that she gets a lot of it. She does "Hendrickson work", you keep your workout clothes on...so its not like your usual deep tissue massage....but it is clear how much she understands about the fascial networks/ligaments/tendons/attachments in the body (etc. etc.) and I recommend her to...read full review
