I was in town and Radiate was recommended by my host. The class was so beautiful, engaging, and centering. The teacher, Kate, was a joy to work with. Clean, serene facility. Will be back!

the space is so peaceful and harmonious. I had my first class this morning at 6:30 for Katonah Yoga Flow taught by Defne, it was a struggle getting up but I am so glad I did. Her class is so dynamic, one hour flew right by. She starts with breathing work with a lot of movement. Then it goes into more vinyasa, class ends with some bending and cooling. it is not the typical yoga class but I think everyone should give this class a try!

I bought a 3 pass for $30 for 1 month expiration and wrnt today to Dana's class and loved it!! The aesthetic and design of the entire business and studio is beautiful and calming. I had a cup of green tea after. I did a tarot reading on myself after with their deck for use. The lighting is lovely. The kindness of the students and the instructor. All soooo fabulous! Dana helped me with a few poses. I loved her music and her personality. My body feels so good! Thank you !
