As per usual, I didn't choose the therapist; she chose me as a matter of speaking. Sunny was the perfect therapist for me: deep without being intrusive, sensitive enough that I felt comfortable crying. She was spritely and wonderful, and at the end, I asked her to do a pin and stretch on my pecs. She knew exactly what I meant. That was quite simply the best. “the space is so peaceful and harmonious. I had my first class this morning at 6:30 for Katonah Yoga Flow taught by Defne, it was a struggle getting up but I am so glad I did. Her class is so dynamic, one hour flew right by. She starts with breathing work with a lot of movement. Then it goes into more vinyasa, class ends with some bending and cooling. it is not the typical yoga class but I think everyone should give this class a try!”

I am a dancer and have great balance and move well on the dance floor. But walking always felt clunky to me. I felt that I never learned to walk correctly and he helped me with that today. “I highly recommend Stacy Simone. I started going to Stacy to help get myself back in shape when I was coming out of a long stetch of illness. Stacy is an approved Kaiser Permanente massage therapist, and I chose her because she can do deep tissue massage, which many CMT's won't do, but which I prefer. She told me she was going to take it easy on my first session, and she was right to do so. I'm now in my third week of working out kinks that were years in the making, and I am so pleased. Stacy has such a good instinct for where my problem areas are. She finds them all. I've gone from having a great deal of difficulty sleeping due to hip and other pain to increasingly long stretches of less pain/pain-free nights between massages. It's such a blessing to feel the old pains receding.
