“I called them late in the day and they were super responsive! They came out the next day assessed the problem and referred us to the manufacturer and even advised us how to talk to them because we were technically out of our warranty. I called and they were totally right! The manufacturer is going to come out and repair it for free now based on this companies advice but they weren’t before and we’re gonna charge me 3-4 times. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and awareness of keeping costs as low as possible. I will definitely use them again if I need anything.“

“Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete. Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.“

“Had a challenging repair issue. One company told me the item was unrepairable (expensive appliance) and charged me $85 for the visit. I called Econo Appliance Service just to have a conversation with a technician, explaining that I didn't want to spend another $80-$100 just to have someone else come tell me that the unit was unrepairable, just wanted to know if they had heard of the symptoms on this particular model, and if it would be worth my time for them to come out. Adam actually offered to come take a look without charging, as long as it was at a time when he was in the area. He said he thought the original technician was correct but would be happy to take a look without charging and didn't want to charge me a service fee to tell me the same bad news. I ended up going a different direction (replacing the item), but was very impressed that this company would be willing to do a good faith visit based on the assumption that they would not be able to help. Extremely rare days and very impressive, they will certainly get my business in the future based on how they treat people that aren't even their customers yet.“
“Great staff and plenty of parts in stock.My refrigerator was staying on constantly. After some research, I isolated it to the start relay. Called on the phone and they said either the part number or the model of the refrigerator will give the part number. Said they had plenty of that part. I drove over and spoke with an awesome lady named Laurie. Even though they weren't technicians, she was extremely friendly and tried her best to help. In the end it was a great experience and I will go to them again for any appliance parts!“
“I had a issue with my air conditioner at my house. I had gotten quotes from several air conditioner contractors but something didnt seem right and I felt I was about to be overcharged for a service. $2000+ I called Nick off the BBB site and his response was quick (same day) His knowledge was awesome !! He fixed the broken part in a matter of no time and charged me a service call only plus the cost of the part. “I rarely need a handyman but I just moved in to my own apartment- alone and the stove/oven turned on but when I went to actually use it it did get hot or even warm. Art came over on Sunday within about an hour of the service request. He fixed the problem in minutes and then thoroughly checked that each burner, oven setting etc was in working order. He showed me which circuit breaker it was on and proceeded to check my heat/ac was also working properly before leaving. The whole appointment including his cleanup was complete with about 30-40 mins. He's timely, affordable, respectful of your home and friendly. I would definitely recommend Art for any appliance, heating or ac work you may need.“

They were able to deliver and install same day. James, the technician, had to take the door off my gate to get the appliances in and was ready to go the extra mile as part of the installation service. These days, some businesses don't seem to care that you are paying them for products/services. Eli treats you like they appreciate your business, which I am grateful for. They have free delivery, installation and haul away as well as a one year guarantee, which is pretty great for the used appliances I purchased. I might have paid a little more than on FB marketplace but you get what you pay for and I am glad I found this place.
