“Vladimir is the first tech to actually diagnose and tell us what we do and most importantly, don’t need, to fix our True refrigerator. He was quick, very thorough, and made sure he researched all the options. We respect him so much. Don’t hesitate highly recommend!”
“We had a unique issue with our washing machine , and Peter the technician that showed up was eager to fix it. He gave me advice on products that I could use to keep my machine clean and perform at its best. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also looked over and accessed my dryer and cleaned the vent. He never seemed to be in a hurry. When I asked him if he worked on other appliances he confirmed that he could maintain them too. Super professional and I will use his services again!”
“Such a great experience! Called them Monday after Thanksgiving they had an opening and came out that day! Andy was fast and efficient in fixing our leaking fridge and broken dish washer door! I HIGHLY COMMENT THEM! Great price as well!”
