She has taught me what muscles I need to be using, and our Pilates sessions are strengthening those muscles. She has also given me exercises that I can do at home. My body is getting much stronger and my posture is much better. Ruthie has taught me the proper ways to walk, to stand, and to sit in order to avoid pain.

Ruthie is a real expert at what she does. It surprises me how quickly she can understand and effectively address smaller problems that arise. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and at the same time very kind and patient. She has really helped me.“
