“I’ve been taking Pilates at Bodyrok for years and absolutely love it! The instructors are wonderful, so helpful, and each one has their own special style that makes the classes unique, fun, and different every class. Not only does the 45 minute class help me to refocus, become balanced & re-centered, but it’s always such a great workout! I look forward to class every time.”
“I’ve been searching for something like Yoga Hell since I left California. So far nothing compares!”
“Great class, phenomenal instructor.
Workout was challenging, and pushed me without being overly difficult for my fitness level and abilities. I will definitely be feeling it in my muscles tomorrow, despite the excellent warm up, and warm down included in the class.
Jess is warm, funny, engaging, personable, and approachable. This was my first class at this place, and she made me feel right at home as if I was always meant to be there. She clearly knows what she’s doing, and is passionate about it too!
The venue is delightful. Clean, bright, and aesthetic, just like in the photos. The reformers are really nice to work on.
10/10. I genuinely wish I lived in the area just to be able to regularly attend classes here.”
