We had a followup visit scheduled to review the attic after installation of insulation in 2020. Ricardo came for the review and rodent proof any gaps. Ricardo did a review from inside and a thorough review from the outside and the roof top, installed wire mesh in areas where there existed some risk of rodent entry. We had both rodent problem in the attic and dampness issue in the crawl space. After getting more than 5 quotes, we are thrilled with Attic Bros' competitive pricing, thorough inspection, excellent communications and customer service throughout the process. Ori did the inspection and walked us through his detailed findings, we liked that he didn't try to upsell us and provided honest feedback. We ended up getting new attic insulation for the attic and vapor barrier for the crawl space, the rodent proofing seems robust both inside and outside. Ricardo came this morning for the 2-week follow-up service to check the traps as promised. He also fixed a recessed light fixture that had come loose. He showed me pictures of the untouched traps, and said to call any time if I suspect any activity. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. Attic Bros definitely provides great service with fair prices.
