We had Climmie Hines step in as a substitute technician recently, and he completely raised the bar. His prep communication was flawless, and he was extremely flexible when bad weather forced us to reschedule a couple of times.
On the day of the service, he was professional, friendly, and exceptionally detailed. He didn't cut corners and made sure the entire property was thoroughly treated. I thought our usual service was fine, but Climmie proved that a company is only as good as the person doing the actual work. Advanced Integrated Pest Management provides our quarterly pest control service. This is a maintenance contract. They have done an amazing job of keeping creepy crawlers and rodents at bay. Sam, our service technician is very personable, knowledgeable and thorough.
Corey has been servicing our property for about a year and we couldn't be more happy with his professionalism and friendly personality. He is knowledgeable about trapping and poisoning rodents, both in our yard, garage, and under the house. He is also available to make house calls in between visits if we have a problem or concern.
