Chose due to great recommendations of others on Yelp. Easy to schedule Termite Inspection. Although you have to pay for the inspection, it's probably more extensive than the "free" inspection by others. Inspector was very thorough and offered suggestions. I got a comprehensive inspection report as promised. Great experience.

I called the company for an inspection. Was trying to understand our house's condition and see what type of prevention can we put to help keep the termite away.Mary explained to me over the phone about different type of termites and sent Don here. Don said our home is under good condition and doesn't need full inspection. He did spent 1 hour here to explain what type of preventions we can do to help keep the termite away and didn't charge us anything.This will be our go-to pest control company in the future!

I reached out to Prime exterminators via email and asked them to come for an inspection. Mary who replied to my email tried to help me understand what I need. I still went and asked them to come and do a full inspection based on the report I got during the home buying time. Don came for the inspection and after looking around told me that we don't need anything to be done. He mentioned that we can still try to do a full inspection and pay hundreds of dollars but mostly he will not find anything. He did look around before giving his assessment.
