Jordan was our inspector, and he did an absolute masterpiece of an inspection at our home! He was incredibly thorough, checking every possible area for termites—from the exterior walls to every single corner inside the house. He even crawled down under the house to inspect. On top of that, he unexpectedly discovered a water leak under our house, which I was so surprised and grateful for! Jordan is highly professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the whole termite treatment process feel far less daunting. Leaving professional work to a true professional gives us complete peace of mind. Highly recommend Jordan!

Sean from Great Wall was our inspector and liaison through the fumigation process. I had multiple inspectors come from various termite companies, Sean and his expertise were unmatched. He kept everything very concise and didn’t over sell me based on things he didn’t find. Great Wall staff from the tenting company, the additional fungicide sprayers and the billing and customer service staff were so kind, professional, and efficient. Thank you for your reliable service
