While there were some issues getting our furnace working properly the first time around, Crocker continually sent technicians out until the problem was fixed. Thank you Crocker for working through it!
Quick to respond to request for service and came over to investigate the issue on the same day. Professional, knowledgeable team member came by and did everything possible to be sure furnace was cleaned up and safe to run.
I really appreciate Crocker for coming out quickly, even moving me into a cancellation, to deal with my heat pumps that were not really working. It took a couple of hours but now they are working much better. The service man was really nice. Pumping in more refrigerant was expensive but I suppose that’s not really their fault. But I would definitely recommend this company!
