Came down from Michigan and of course the heat acted weird on the one chilly, rainy week here. They found the thermostat was bad, swapped it out, and showed me the settings without making me feel dumb. Grateful to have the place warm again.

Did an HVAC system checkup since we weren’t sure if something was wrong or if it just needed maintenance. The technician thoroughly walked through the system, tested both systems, and discussed what was impacting performance. It's not drastic, it's gradual and slight changes. It was then that it began to run significantly better.

My heater began breaking down and I did a telephone chat with a repair service. It was the greatest decision I took in life since I was impressed. They described what was causing the problem and resolved it in a short time. The heater is now operating continuously and without failure.
