Brad the owner of Home Furnace Company is a great buisness man and trustworthy! Needed his services with our home and his estimate was reasonable and we are glad we used his buisness. His attention to detail and how much he loves his company and clients goes to show you he cares. This is a great business if you’re in need of heating or air-conditioning in Santa Barbara. Brad was amazing. He came right over the same day. We had an issue with our blower for our heater and air conditioner, he diagnosed the problem quickly (it needed a new starter) and fixed it all in the same day. He was professional, kind, and very reasonable in pricing. Highly recommend him and home furnace.

I can't say enough great things about Home Furnace and air company. We needed to replace our furnace and we wanted to install AC. Brad came the day after I called and met with my wife and I. He was extremely personable and clear about what to expect with installation, materials and turnaround times. The team was extremely efficient with a very reasonable quote the next day and pulled permits for us in one week. They answered all of my questions.
