Mike from this company showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our air conditioning unit water leak. Another company came out first and said they repaired the problem but did not! Next they told us we should just buy a new system. Not only did Don's fix it, we were told that our Carrier system would easily be good for another 10 years. Beware of repair companies whose goal it is to sell you a $20,000+ new system. Highly recommend Don's and will use them if and when we have any issues in the future!

Don's is the BEST and Joyce is the BEST!! I had two other companies tell me that my vintage gravity heater was SHOT and needed to be replaced. Mike took one look and said the pilot mechanism and the gas valve needed replacing. He did so, and now the furnace is working PERFECTLY!! They saved me almost $10K and I'm so grateful!! Don's is the best.
