“We had an excellent experience with Creative Repipe for a whole-house repipe after discovering problems with the original polybutylene plumbing in our home. Ross met with us for the initial consultation, walked through the entire house, answered all of our many questions, explained our options, and took detailed notes for his team so everyone knew exactly what needed to be done.
We received quotes from four local companies before making a decision. Two traditional plumbers quoted us 50–75% more than Creative Repipe, and those estimates didn’t even include the drywall repair. They were also estimating that the repiping work could take weeks, compared with the approximately two-day timeline Creative Repipe gave us.
Between the pricing, the transferable lifetime warranty, the included drywall work, and their experience with full-home repiping, Creative Repipe was easily the best value of the bids we received.
Once the project started, they continued to impress us. Throughout the process, it genuinely felt like they under-promised and over-delivered. Our old polybutylene plumbing was replaced with PEX-A, the work was completed properly, and they actually finished faster than the timeline we had originally been given.
Having to unexpectedly repipe an entire home after dealing with a plumbing leak is stressful, so having a company make the process this straightforward was a massive relief.
If we ever need a whole-house repipe on another home in the future, Creative Repipe will be the first and only call we make. Huge thank you to Ross and the entire Creative Repipe team for making a major home project go so smoothly!”
