“I just did a L-Copper re-pipe with L-Copper fittings and lead-free solder. Other contractors try to get away with lesser grade fittings. I did a lot of shopping around, and Creative Repipe offered a very reasonable, competitive price, AND it was a professionally done job. That's almost amazing to find in Southern California, the cesspool of bad contractors. On the re-pipe day, they had many guys here, and the job was finished in less than a full day. Creative Repipe put insulation around the pipes that needed to have them. The job passed the inspection with the city. Btw, cost of permit is added to bill. Then their drywall/ patch guys came and did a pretty darn good job on that too. Maybe different patching team than in the past. When there are so many price-gouging, unethical, and unprofessional contractors, it's nice knowing there are still reasonably-priced and professional contractors out there.
P.S. Had a plumbing accident in my home prior to them coming, why ceiling has exposed wood beams.“

“After a costly drain clean out, another plumbing company said we needed to have an inversion liner installed in the 85 foot drain from house to city sewer. Their estimate seemed very high so I contacted a local plumber who said they always sent their customers to EPipe. I called them and within the hour they came out, which is over an hour away and ran a camera through at no charge and agreed that is indeed what we needed. Upon completion and their return to the office, we received another call with an estimate almost $4000 less and said they could do the work and without removing our expensive pavers as the other company intended to do. We agreed on their terms and they returned today to do the work. They arrived slightly early and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Vincent came again. My neighbor commented how friendly and willing to answer questions they were when he inquired. They were neat, and cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to us. They also took Visa and did not charge for using a credit card. The previous company charged 2 1/2%. Needless to say, we highly recommend them for this type of job. Nice people, knowledgeable and give great service; can't beat that!“

“Jose (and another worker) installed my toilet. During my consultation, Jose knew it would be a bit harder to replace my toilet due to its placement in my bathroom and the size of the old toilet, but he was willing to work with me and quoted me a fair price. He answered my questions with ease, which showed his knowledge and care. After installation, I needed further help with the toilet, and he came back the next day, no charge. The toilet has been working very well (it's been 3 weeks since installation). I almost went with a more popular plumbing company, though I knew something was off when I spoke with their rep. I am happy I went with Rasco Plumbing and would hire them again for any plumbing service! :)
