“I've been working with Jenny for more than a year; I initially came to her for some strengthening while I recovered from a torn pelvic ligament injury (from childbirth). The team at Ide-Don PT is super knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Now that I'm pretty much recovered, my focus with Jenny has shifted to being as strong as possible so I can keep up with my three kiddos. I love my sessions with her, she's super friendly and flexible if I feel I need a week that's a bit more restorative in exercises (vs killing me in a puddle of sweat, which she's definitely capable of as well).“

“I maintain an unlimited membership with Club Pilates Walnut Creek and have been attending classes at least 5 days a week since they opened 3 years ago. The studio has become almost daily ritual for me mainly because the class instruction varies everyday based on the different instructors and rotation of equipment they use to keep it fresh. The daily workout is efficient (50 minutes) and has definitely helped me to the maintain muscle, balance and flexibility that we all need, especially as we age ( I'll soon be 69). I am not a morning person, so I love that they offer so many late afternoon and evening classes. As I've said, the studio equipment, class content, and efficiency are great, but it's also the instructors I gravitate to who make it that much more enjoyable!! My very favorites are Saba, Ramona, and Adrienne, so I tend to schedule myself for their classes, but there are several other good instructors to choose from as well.All up, I am so happy I joined Club Pilates when they first opened and that it has become a part of my daily routine!!“
