“I see Dr. Shah. She's amazing, very thorough and listens to me. I'm never asked to weigh myself, sit in a gown for routine visits and no wait times. It's very fast and efficient. I always feel taken care of with major anxiety going in she makes me feel comfortable. The front desk people are so nice as well. I'm able to communicate with everyone through my chart and request refills or just ask questions when needed! So convenient“
“The 4 stars rating is for the nurses that gave me formula samples. One nurse gave me about $150 worth of Enfamil formula. It's so helpful because some moms don't qualify for the free formula program. Another nurse only gave me 2 cans. These formula do expire so they shouldn't hold on to them and give them all away to us moms. I was given a large binder with about 100 pages of info about pediatric care. My "smart phone" can look up info in 2 seconds. Some signs posted on the door are meant to tell the patients that the doctors' time is more important than the patients' needs. Give this office a try but also try other offices that your plan covers. Don't feel like you have to stick with the same office/doctor.“
“In a thirty-five year period I was misdiagnosed as having chronic urinary tract infections and I was administered frequent antibiotics. In that period of time I saw over 10 Physicians including 6 Urologists during which time I had unmeasurable suffering. Luckily, in 2006 I was referred to Dr. Eugene Kaplan in Walnut Creek, CA. My referring Gynecology/Oncologist said to me that Dr. Kaplan was like a 'Medical Detective' who diagnosed conditions that other MD's could not find. I was told that many MD's including UroGynecologists send their patients to Dr. Kaplan for this very reason. On my initial visit, Dr. Kaplan listened very intently to me and told me of his suspicion that I had a condition called Interstitial Cystitis. To further explain IC he drew a picture of the condition so that I could understand what was happening in my body. He subsequently performed an outpatient procedure which confirmed his diagnosis. Dr. Kaplan started me on a treatment plan that has completely changed my life for the better. I finally started living a full life again. I have never recommended a medical professional, however, Dr. Eugene Kaplan is such an excellent diagnostician with regard to Interstitial Cystitis that anyone with bladder issues should have the opportunity to meet with him. Dr. Kaplan should be recognized for his ability to diagnose and treat this disabling condition. Dr. Kaplan is not only compassionate but he is a true healer and a personal hero of mine.“
“The parking is a little rough, but this facility is very clean and nice. The fountain on Dublin Blvd and Tassajara is a nice touch.“

“Thank you guys for taking care of my elderly mom (95yo) this past Friday 12-1-23. She was there for a severe sore throat. She told me how the nurses there were soooo nice .She explained how one of the male nurses even helped her with a problem she was having with her car! That is exceptional on their part IMHO! Where does that happen these days? Props to Blackhawk Medical emergency clinic.“
“Been coming here for my 2 year old's healthcare needs for the last 1.5 years. Cannot recommend highly enough. Not sure if we can ever leave WC because I'd be afraid to change providers lol. Staff is great. Our pediatrician Dr. Chan-Jordon is a god send. My son has struggled with chronic health issues and she's everything you can ask for in a good physician - knowledgeable, exercises sound judgment and brings us along the journey, detailed-oriented with clinical observations, communicative and responsive to our questions, and caring towards our son who's smitten with his doc. This has been a huge bright spot in our otherwise challenging months managing our son's healthcare issues. Nursing staff also A+ with special shoutout to nurse Janae who's a ray of sunshine. Telephone hotline helpful and responsive with scheduling. I've rarely experienced issues with availability.“

“I've never had any bad experiences here. I also have an amazing PCP Dr. Duggal. This is my 1st appt post covid world and it went smooth. Parking always avail. 1. Walk in, make sure you have a medical mask on, otherwise they have some there for you to wear. 2. Step in front of what looks like a mini photo booth, it is not. :) It's there to take your temperature. You sure you don't want me to strike a pose? 3. Wait to use elevator or take the stairs. 2 people per elevator. Mr. Stranger, you sure we can't share? kidding. 4. Check in, fill your paperwork and sit down. Staff was friendly, no issues. Now hopefully won't be back anytime soon :)“

“Dr Imah and the front desk receptionist were soooooo kind to this frazzled toddler parent. Amazingly, One Medical often delivers on the dream of a 'local' neighborhood primary care facility for the whole family -- without all of the usual red tape of traditional healthcare systems. If only everything in life could be so well designed and welcoming.“
