We will never come to this office again, we're going to find another practice. The front desk staff at this location are RUDE. My mom brought my son for an appointment that they had rescheduled and they treated her like she was less than human, all three front office staff. The call I received was disturbing, "We have a woman here with a child who claims he has an appointment..." The medical staff are nice, but to get to them you have to go through this front office staff. No thanks. Just why? It's so much easier to be kind.

Been coming here for my 2 year old's healthcare needs for the last 1.5 years. Cannot recommend highly enough. Not sure if we can ever leave WC because I'd be afraid to change providers lol. Staff is great. Our pediatrician Dr. Chan-Jordon is a god send. My son has struggled with chronic health issues and she's everything you can ask for in a good physician - knowledgeable, exercises sound judgment and brings us along the journey, detailed-oriented with clinical observations, communicative and responsive to our questions, and caring towards our son who's smitten with his doc. I am trying to call the office to follow up on the ear drop that the doctor prescribed for my son but CVS did not receive the fax. But no one is answering the phone. I tried to call this office multiple times but no luck. What is happening? I think this is disservice to the patients. Someone should look into this.
