I really like One Medical for routine health concerns--ear aches, migraines, etc. What they don't do well is integrating with other healthcare systems or dealing with serious medical issues. Prescription renewals can be very difficult. Referrals are a bit of a nightmare at times. I've had very good doctors, though, and it's great to make an appointment online and to get an appointment rather quickly. Mixed bag. 4 stars for routine medical issues, for serious health issues go elsewhere.

Dr Imah and the front desk receptionist were soooooo kind to this frazzled toddler parent. Amazingly, One Medical often delivers on the dream of a 'local' neighborhood primary care facility for the whole family -- without all of the usual red tape of traditional healthcare systems. If only everything in life could be so well designed and welcoming.
