“I have gone to the urgent care clinic a few times when my doctor doesn't have appointments available to deal with my immediate health conditions. The staff and doctors at the UC unit have been great every time. They are very caring and patient. I always look ahead on line to see the wait times to choose when to go. Usually I have gone during 20 - 45 minutes wait time, but have been seen everytime at about 15 minutes.“

“Thank you guys for taking care of my elderly mom (95yo) this past Friday 12-1-23. She was there for a severe sore throat. She told me how the nurses there were soooo nice .She explained how one of the male nurses even helped her with a problem she was having with her car! That is exceptional on their part IMHO! Where does that happen these days? Props to Blackhawk Medical emergency clinic.“

“I visited this minuteclinic June 14 6pm by appointment. The nurse David and the lady on duty were super professional and had a lot of patience. The day after the staff even had a follow-up call to make sure I’m OK. They do care about their patients! Appreciate it for the help!!!“

“I went in for a suspected UTI. From start to finish(about 25 minutes total!) everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Came out with UTI diagnosis and prescription was immediately sent to my pharmacy. I could not have asked for a better urgent care experience!!!“
