“I had the best experience after an absolutely horrible one when the place where I had my appointment (lice clinics of America Sunnyvale) was closed upon my (and other customers' arrival). They are awful. However Lice free clinics opened their place to me even after work hours because they felt bad for what happened and totally went out of their way. They are amazing, knowledgeable, so sweet, and luckily I had no lice which gave me such relief as I was on a business trip.
