“I had the best experience after an absolutely horrible one when the place where I had my appointment (lice clinics of America Sunnyvale) was closed upon my (and other customers' arrival). They are awful. However Lice free clinics opened their place to me even after work hours because they felt bad for what happened and totally went out of their way. They are amazing, knowledgeable, so sweet, and luckily I had no lice which gave me such relief as I was on a business trip. “Always a pleasurable experience from the office staff to treatment by Dr. Matt. Dr. Matt will gently work the muscles prior to adjustment. If a heat pack is desired before treatment, that's also an option. He will use whatever type of adjustment feels best to you to obtain desired results and relief. He's is not pushy like some are, with continued care or follow up treatment.“

The woman who helped me pick out frames was super patient even when I changed my mind like 3 or 4 times which felt embarasing but she didnt blink. My prescription turned out perfect on the first try which never happens for me becuase my astigmatism usually messes things up. Parking is right there and they actually called to remind me of my appointment so points for that. Definitely going back next year and telling my freind about it“
