Very scary. My sister and I were incorrectly scheduled for our 2nd shingles injection. I got a call RIGHT before we were called in! Apologies just don't cut it. Are these so called "professionals" properly trained??!! This is negligent. Then, (on the phone) she asks if we're twins!!! We are 8 years apart....she asked for our years of birth...still scared for 2nd injection appointment!

This kaiser has you waiting in the doctors room over an hour past your appt time every single time. I don't understand what the point of having an appt is if you can't even be seen at that time. I can understand waiting 10 mins or so for the doctor but an hour or even more!!!! Also, no apology or explanation why. Ridiculous and careless staff here.

No one wants to get a mammography. It was my first one and glad I was able to easily schedule one at the San Ramon Offices. They had so many openings.Now the day of the appointment, I checked in, but didn't get seen until maybe 20-30 minutes after I came in. That was really the only thing that went poorly. The technician was great. She was calm, tried to keep my mind of what was happening and to be honest, it wasn't as bad as people kept saying it was.One thing that I wish I knew about was that we weren't supposed to wear deodorant and I just showered and did my normal routine. But luckily they do have castille soap wipes to get as much of it off but again, didn't want to have had to do it.Anyhoo, although it was a bit past my appointment time, it wasn't too much longer after they called me and I was off on my way.
