Dan & Lindsay are exceptional coaches very freindly who make me actually want to go train. It is HARD workout with lot of motivated and happy people.They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Highly recommended!

I've been attending HAWC gym for some time now, and I can't express how much it has positively impacted my life. The workouts and training programs have significantly improved my strength and overall fitness. I feel healthier and more energetic than ever before. Dan and his training staff, motivating environment and camaraderie of the gym goers make every visit a joy. This gym has truly helped me feel better about life, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I am a new participant in Hawk Gym. At first didn’t know what to expect, didn’t know the community or the workout routine. When I met Dan the owner I was so impressed of how accommodating he was, knowledgeable, very fit, and so humble!! All the members are friendly and feels like a family atmosphere every time you step in there!!I will recommend this gym to anyone who is focused on their fitness journey and wants real results. I will give 100 over100 to this gym. The best in our community!! I would say, None of all these corporate gyms in the area can meet the standards of Hawk Gym!!!!
