“I went to Carrie for a deep tissue massage for my lower back pain and stress. She actually made my back pain disappear for a while after my treatment. Also if you are new like me, please be patient with her scheduling as she is the owner and only masseuse. Parking for clients is in the back of the building. The front door was locked when I went so text or knock once you arrive. The massage room is very cozy and serene. She didn’t talk during the actual massage, which I liked because I’m shy and also it helped me to fully relax. I loved my massage and will definitely return !“

“I went here some time ago and could hardly walk. Dr. Chris got me back to normal in a few weeks. My wife started going now as well and she has had very good results as well. Very professional with a lot of experience. I won't go anywhere else now. Very friendly staff as well.“

“Amazing service tonight for myself and my partner We both got the hour massage with cupping and it was the best experience of my life. The girls were communicative, they listened to our individual needs, and the price point is amazing. They were informative and the front office is nice and calming atmosphere and the rooms are cozy. Thank you thank you!“

“Had a great scrub. The facility is nice, I especially liked the Himalayan salt room. I only wish I had arrived earlier before my treatment to enjoy more time in the Spa. There is an ATM onsite for cash tips. I look forward to trying other services. It was spacious/ not busy on a weekday early afternoon.“

“Clinic address: 585 Dowling Blvd San Leandro Ca and another branch in DublinI have been going to Spine & Sports Care for the past 5-6 yrs I think. Dr Jason is knowledgeable, w/ more than 20 yrs experience and has been very helpful correcting my spine, body pain, upper neck nerves & my posture. He’s using hands, elbow & variety of chiropractor massage tools that relieves pain. Waiting time is between 10-30min depending on how busy he is and how many clients he has that day. I recommend him to try and consult. He’s very friendly and you will definitely like him.“

“Asian massage places can be hit or miss - this is a legit massage - asked for hard pressure, got hard pressure. Masseuse had a good touch.“

“Emily and her husband own this place. Very clean, respectful, and well priced massage business. When they're done with you, you are a noodle! They have a way of knowing where all the knots are! You will have to tell them less pressure, otherwise, it can be full power!Highly recommend! Great location too! Right next to Los Pericos, the one in Pelton center.“

“I arrived feeling a little down and with a fairly sore back. Jerry gave me a complete body massage for ninety minutes. The discomfort in my shoulders and back had disappeared. I had a facial afterwards. I appear younger. My skin feels content. I'm feeling great and at ease, thanks for that. Vital Day Spa is a fantastic location. I used to take painkillers back then.“
