“Baldwin mortise lock doorknobs were loose (fell off), making the door unusable. I scheduled a home visit yesterday for this afternoon. Eddie, the locksmith, who had told me parts might need to be ordered. arrived on time, fixed the problem (no parts needed), and adjusted (had to remove the doorknobs temporarily to do the job) of an interior door He was competant, courteous, and charged what he had quoted on the phone. $85 for the service visit and $35 per door...and gave me a 10% senior discount. Honest tradesman; fantastic!“
