Security risk. I had an issue with their service and called them more than six times, only to be hung up on as soon as I said the words “customer service.” I went to the address they list, but there’s no locksmith at that location. If they have copies of your keys, you won’t even be able to find them if your place gets robbed months after their service. Think twice before using them.
My service provider was great, timely, friendly, & HONEST.
The people who run things is why I’m giving it a 1 star. I asked them over the phone for an estimated price and they said we can’t give that to you without knowing what kind of lock out. They said starting price is around $20… lies. That’s their service fee. Total price was $200 for the key locked in my rental car… scammers & liars.
Safe to say I won’t be using them ever again.
