The owner cares about making money, but not that much about customer service. What happened to me was that he told me to come back in 30 min; I came back in 45 min and he had already gone out for lunch and I had to wait another hour to come back again. I represent a business that recently moved into the area and I probably am not coming back unless I don't have any other options.

I needed to change my lock, since my temporary care giver, after my surgery, paid by the state, stole my late brother's diamond ring. She was the only person that knew where it was kept besides myself. Now, it is gone because she stole it, since she had my keys and could come and go as she chose.She claims she did not take it, if she didn't take it, she let some body into my apartment and directed that person on where it was. They did the job but I paid around $250 for 3 locks . I did have to have them come back after completing the work because the deadbolt wouldn't lock--it wasn't matched up right. But they were very responsive and sent someone within the hour.
