The best decision I made in the past year is to start my yoga journey at YHC, and starting the journey with Maria’s Iyengar yoga has ignited interest to do the pose right. Through out my one year journey so far, one thing I am grateful for is finding a guru like Maria who nudges your learning and leads your path.Christine and Val’s workout practice also helped build the strength to hold poses , hey it won’t be YHC experience if you haven’t once experienced Brad’s crystal bowls music and find the peace to reset.
I've had a great experience with Yoga Health Center since my recent relocation to the area. They have a wide variety of class offerings and times. It's a clean, inviting and conveniently located studio that has very friendly staff. I am very lucky to have found Yoga Health Center!
Yoga Health Center is such a positive, uplifting community. The instructors are top notch and there is an incredible variety of classes that are offered. I always leave YHC feeling centered and strong on the inside and out. Special shoutout to Mila who does a great job at creating an inclusive environment, she helps set a great vibe for YHC.
