Sparkling Carpets Cleaning

I had a very positive experience with this company! Ken was a pleasure to work with. We communicated several times and he was always very responsive and timely. He was very detailed in response to all of my questions. He is also a very kind and thoughtful person, and I can highly recommend him for all of these reasons as well as for their incredibly reasonable rates compared to other businesses I researched. His tech Raul, who cleaned the carpets, was also a pleasure to work with as well. I would certainly use Sparkling Carpets again!

I am thrilled with my experience! Communication was seamless and they were able to come on the day I requested with about 2 weeks notice. It is a miracle how much cleaner my carpets are now. We had a cat room mate move out so we wanted to remove dander and also all the years of dirt and grime that accumulated living in a busy area. I am so pleased with this company and will definitely use them again!

My girlfriend dropped a pizza on the Persian rug. After sending it out to get cleaned came back looking great! Prompt pick up and returned in the time frame stated. Great price for the level of service provided. We would use this company again without question.
