I have an area rug that my dog made a mess of. (I won't go into details - you get the idea.) I tried cleaning it myself but could not get rid of the smell or stain. They picked it up, cleaned it and returned it about a week later. It was SO CLEAN AND SOFT. It was $195 but totally worth it. I work full time and cannot get to a reputable carpet cleaner during work hours so the pickup and drop-off was really convenient.

I hired Sparkling Carpets to clean our carpets after moving out. Three bedrooms and a bonus room. Very kind owner who scheduled the day I needed and the person who came to clean was on time, and professional. He did an excellent job! Carpets look great. Price was vey reasonable! I would highly recommend!

Very responsive to my needs. Had a pet soilled hemp rug and they took the time to treat it with care, not only to remove the strain and smell but to minimize shrinkage (a problem with hemp) and maintain the original look of the rug. Great pricing as well compared to competition - half the price of the other estimates received including pickup and drop-off.
