James has been cleaning my carpets for 6 years now and he always does a thorough and excellent job. He spends extra time on stains without asking, covers all the stairs in my 4-story condo (even the vertical carpet), and sometimes cleans my couch as an add-on. The chemicals don't have a smell and dries very quickly. I walk barefoot on it after the cleanings and it never irritates my skin. Highly recommended!!
