Kenny was incredibly responsive, accommodated my schedule, and showed up exactly when promised. Since I had to be at work, he let himself in using my lockbox, completed the entire job, and left everything spotless.
What really stood out was his attention to detail. I live in a furnished apartment, and Kenny even moved light furniture to clean carpet areas that many companies would have skipped. My carpets and area rug look fantastic.

KMC was very responsive to all my questions and returned emails and calls almost immediately. Bryan performed the work thoroughly, professionally, and left our furniture looking excellent. Most of the water was extracted so it dried quickly. We are very pleased.
