Mark is very easy and nice to deal with, and his prices are very fair. He does not use a lot of loud equipment and hoses like other services. Your rugs won’t get soaked. He works by hand where necessary. Everything smelled clean and fresh when he was done, and there is a visible difference in the rugs - they look more vibrant and perked up.
I've used SunClean twice and both times everything went off perfectly. It was very easy to schedule even on short notice. The carpet cleaning method uses its own water source so that there aren't big hoses getting run in and out and all over your house. It doesn't make sense to get your carpets clean and then damage and dirty other things so SunClean really does a great job there. The carpet cleaning left no weird smell and the carpets dried up quickly. I was amazed at how clean the carpets got including some real problem areas. There was no upselling for this stain or that discoloration, there was just good old-fashioned hard work with a great result.
