Mark is very easy and nice to deal with, and his prices are very fair. He does not use a lot of loud equipment and hoses like other services. Your rugs won’t get soaked. He works by hand where necessary. Everything smelled clean and fresh when he was done, and there is a visible difference in the rugs - they look more vibrant and perked up.
Very happy with the service. They were professional, friendly, and fast. I had the carpets cleaned yesterday, and today they look good and there is no odor.Service: General carpet cleaning
Mark did an atonishing job!He was very fast answering our inquiry. He was on time, very professional. I knew that my carpet was in great hands. After a short visit of our appartment, I left him alone and checked back later. He had manage to lock the door even though I told him it was ok to leave it unlocked (our apartement was empty) and everything was very clean. We are extremely satisfied with Mark's work. We had chosen him based on his excellent reviews and the fact he uses eco-friendly products to work. He really did deliver.Fast, efficient, professionnal and perfect result! Thanks a lot Mark!
