They keep me informed of the care they give to my dogs, and i totally trust their judgement and decisions. They strangely have a special connection with the animals, which makes their care that much better. Ive taken all my dogs to Thornhill pet hospital and wouldnt even consider any other veterinarian.“

“I've been taking my dog to Claremont Vet since I adopted him five years ago. He is a pup with a lot of medical issues and health challenges, and has been to Claremont Vet at least a dozen times (maybe even close to two dozen) for both urgent care and regular visits. We've most often seen Dr. MacDonald (who we love) but have seen all the providers at one point or another. The staff are so compassionate, professional, and helpful. The doctors are exceptional with their knowledge, care towards my pup, and their patience with my questions. I always feel like my pup (and myself!) are in excellent hands with the team. And I love that I'm supporting a woman owned small businesses. I've had to take my pup in to ER vets elsewhere a few times and (understanding there's a vet shortage and everyone in the field is worked to the bone), I have always walked away feeling so grateful that Claremont Vet is my primary provider and offers such great care. I could not recommend Claremont Vet more and I will certainly bring future pets here.“

“My family and I have been going here for more than twenty years. On numerous occasions Dr. Cellu has taken me last minute right before closing when I should have gone to an emergency vet. She has handled anything and everything we’ve presented her with. I value her opinion so much that, since moving out of state, I will send my mom with questions to ask her to double check whatever my current vet has said. I’ve tried multiple veterinarians and not one has come close to Dr. Cellu and the staff there. I highly recommend.“

And Dr. Scripps had her name on the door. Dr. Scripps is a fabulous vet. She did a thorough examination on her as she’s eight weeks old a brand new Princess.

I also have a nine year-old black tabby cat and Dr. Scripps sees him as well. His name is Mr. snuggles so we are very happy with Alamo Vet and all the people at the front desk and all the Vet text are absolutely dynamite.

“We were nervous to take our 13.5 year old pup for surgery here as a first time patient, but Dr. Johnson exceeded our expectations and took amazing care of Muffy. We were especially impressed by the thoughtfulness, patience, and honesty we experienced here (ie, Dr. Johnson proactively recommended an ointment outside of the clinic to save us money). They were also able to schedule us in quickly and conduct the surgery the day of the exam!“

“Can I just say how appreciative I am of having found this pet hospital? My dog Kyla was experiencing what I believed were respiratory issues. She was struggling to breathe for a good 10mins. I had no idea where to take her so early in the morning and a quick google search led me here. I arrived, I asked if they take walk-ins for emergencies because my dog was struggling to breathe. It is all a blur to me after this but I remember hearing the staff yell out “oxygen!” And they took her back. I was bawling my eyes out. The staff was so comforting and handled everything so graciously! The vet came out and told me Kyla experienced a reverse sneeze and that she was stable. They brought her out shortly after that and gave me information on what to do and why it happens. I learned 2 things that day: what a reverse sneeze was, and that there really are angels walking on earth. Thank you to the staff for their quick actions and providing comfort in our time of need.“

“The vets & the staff are very sensitive and were incredibly kind and accommodating when my late dog was very sick, even when things got a little gross. They also gave so many treats & cuddles to my puppy during vaccinations that she truly loves going to the vet, even after seeing her brother so sick there. “My dog got euthanized in this clinic. The vet and the staff are very kind and empathetic. They helped us with the process and gave us time for our family to stay with our dog for the very last time. They gave us hair clippings of our dog and even placed it in small bottles that can be used as key chains. They also help us arrange for the cremation and urn. Within a week, we received our beloved dog's cremains. Shout out to Dr. Singer and Kai for giving such an exceptional care and support for our family and our beloved dog!“
