Eden Pet Hospital is a welcoming and clean facility known for its friendly staff and compassionate care. Many clients praise the kindness of the front desk staff and veterinarians, including Dr. Sunny and Dr. Debaco. Patients appreciate the detailed explanations and efficient service provided by doctors like Dr. Parsley, who are well-informed and offer clear guidance on treatment options. The hospital is considered affordable, with fair pricing for examinations, tests, and prescriptions. The staff is quick to help, and the environment is professional, even during busy times. The hospital is highly recommended by satisfied clients, especially those seeking a positive experience after encountering negativity elsewhere. The clinic is especially good for procedures like spay, where patients come back calm and in good condition, and for more serious cases such as feline breast cancer, where doctors like Dr. Yen and Dr. Wen provide attentive and thorough care, often calling to update owners and answer questions. Despite being a bit dated and having limited parking, the overall experience is positive, with a fast-paced environment and excellent front desk service.
I took my newly adopted dog for spay procedure to Eden Pet Hospital. Very nice people and quick help with all the details explained. Dog came back in a very good condition, not traumatized and calm. The incision is minimal compared to my previous dog’s experience, should heal fast.
My cat was diagnosed with feline breast cancer. She had to be hospitalized because she could not keep any food/water down. Dr. Yen and Dr. Wen took such good care of her. Rocio fit my cat in same day since her situation was dire. I’m so grateful to Dr. Wen. She called me every few hours to let me know how my cat was doing and patiently answered all of my questions. She even called me after hours when I was conflicted about euthanasia. My cat pulled through and is still with us!
We went there recently on our first visit and it was wonderful. The place is a little dated and there are only four parking spaces outside. It is a fast pace environment, and the front desk staff is excellent at their job.
