I was in the unique situation of adopting a dog from out of state, and a regular client of this clinic was fostering the dog for us and she recommended I contact then for an appointment. All my interaction was with Barbara by phone and and she was terrific every step of the way. I was able to establish an account from out of state, arrange financial responsibility, outline my wishes, and received clear communication. I knew what to expect, when to expect it, and got everything exactly as we discussed. Even follow-up test results as soon as they were ready.
I can't tell you how relieved I feel to deal with such competence and follow through.
Over the weekend there was trouble between the foster and a host dog and it might have been an emergency situation. I contacted the office on the weekend...
And I got a response back even though they were closed. They could not help me but they gave me a reference to a hospital - which was a lifeline considering I was try to manage this situation from out of state.
They care, they are responsive, they realize how precious our 4- legged babies are are to us as pet parents. Not many businesses get it this right. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brought in our & year old dog, Zeus for a physical injury. Dr. Ashley’s integrated approach to care and service truly showed.
From the very first visit, she was incredibly attentive to our pup’s needs and continously monitored his body language.
They patiently answerd every single one of our questions (which was a handful given his age and health concerns).
From Doctors to front office staff, we were taken care of in the smallest ways.
We all felt so relaxed by the end of it, including Zeus!
