“I have taken my first 3 dogs since 2008, this clinic & Doctor Dhawan is a God send. She's very compassionate towards animals as well as humans, she has a heart of gold. She always have best interests of animals & at the same rate give the pets owner viable & affordable options to help their pets health issues & concerns.Now I have 2 dogs one is 4 years old & other is 6 months & she is their primary doctor thru thick and thin.Fees are very reasonable & affordable. My family & friends also have switched from other veterinarian to Dr Dahwan.I highly recommend Bay cities animal hospital & all their care & services.P.s. I'm a paying customer & this is my personal opinion & experience for past 15 years of dealing with this clinic & Dr. Dahwan.“

The vet said the procedure would be more complicated then he felt he could manage in his clinic and sent us to Dr Hall. Very happy with the outcome and quality of care she received. “We saw Dr Howland for routine exams for two dogs. The vet techs and vet were all knowledgeable and considerate of our dogs’ needs and anxieties. They recommended necessary treatments (shots, meds, tests) that made sense to us and did not push for superfluous additional work as some vets have done in the past. That was all good. The checkout procedures seemed to take a bit longer than necessary and seemed a bit disorganized accounting for the four-star rather than five-star rating.“

“First time visiting Dr Dowd with my recently adopted 7 year old cat , Charlotte. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming . Dr Dowd is so gentle and loving during her exam that it was totally stress free for Charlotte. The vet tech who assisted was lovely as well. The office felt very welcoming and Dr Dowd took her time , didn’t rush , answered questions and made her self familiar with Charlotte and out her at ease. All around great experience“
