I am comforted knowing I’m going to Park Centre to see the vet. Everyone working at the desk is attentive, greets you, and makes sure to check you in for your appt. I have never been disappointed by their service. The tech asks the correct questions and takes his/her time getting the information. All the doctors are stellar. With our most recent “emergency” kind of situation, we were heard. The doctor suggested possibilities of care, treatments that have specifically addressed our pet’s medical situation. We are told what will happen each step of the way, and when waiting for blood work, told we could go for 30 minutes since it would take that long.

We just adopted a blind, hard-of-hearing senior toy Yorkie and brought him in for his first check-up. Dr. Woolley was very reassuring about his health and gave me some suggestions on helping Charlie adjust to our home.

I cannot say enough good things about this Park Centre Animal Hospital. I especially want to thank Dr. Rabbi and all of the staff for their professionalism, honesty, and support of my two dogs over the past 15 years. They never made me feel like they were just selling me services that weren't needed and I really appreciate that.
