From the first point of contact (phone call) to the exit door pure pleasure. As I didn’t even know of a reputable Veterinarian with my new puppy. I was so nervous. I asked friends with no sure answers. My husband searched online and found Boulevard. It was answered prayer cause before her 1st well check she got an allergic reaction to something. They made my appointment right away, they gave me instructions on what to do until our appointment. Honestly I’m not a rich person but I do want to give my puppy care. Boulevard Pet Hospital has never turned any of my babies away no matter how busy they were! They took great care of my 3 elders, who were 17, 18, and 19 when they passed away, and they frequently had sudden changes in their condition that needed to be addressed on an urgent basis. They examined them between scheduled appointments - if it was emergent and they were fully booked, they have even asked me to drop my baby off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, so they can get examined whenever possible.Thank you Dr Judge, Kathy, and the rest of the staff for always being available and for everything you do! I was referred from another hospital for my turtle since they longer had an exotic pet specialist. From start to finish, the whole process was efficient and painless. The staff is SUPER warm and friendly, so it eased my nerves. Doc was thorough and did more than what previous vets had done or offered, and even ran tests to rule out other conditions. What's great is they have later appointments than I'm used to seeing (latest being 5:15pm). I'm glad it didn't work out with the other locations. Highly recommend Boulevard Pet Hospital!
