I called for help with a badly leaking set of stairs on a rainy day. I was referred to Cal Waterproofing Supply. I spoke to Meredith Steuer. She listened and responded quickly with courtesy and care. Within an hour she connected me to a contractor who works with single family homes!! Awesome customer service !

I recently had a leak in my basement and had no clue as to how to solve my issue. I called a few waterproofing companies and allot of these other companies were very rude over the phone and didn't seem they wanted to take the time to help me. I called California Waterproofing Supply and was greeted very kindly over the phone. I told the two girls over the phone my situation in my basement. I believe there name was Alex and Meredith. They Asked me a few basic questions such as how much square footage and depth of the basement ect. They immediately were able to recommend me a few different waterproofing systems they offer. I decided to go talk to them in person on a Monday Morning and was greeted by their cute golden retriever mascot dog. I sat down with Alex and Meredith and they had some data sheets and application instructions on how to water proof my basement using a system called Neogard. They wrote me up a sales quote with all the products and supplies I would need to tackle this job. I was scared but needless to say they reassured me and said it would be easy for me to handle myself since I am a carpenter and I'm not afraid to tackle new jobs. Well after some hard work and long hours, I successfully water proofed the basement and learned some new things about waterproofing. Have to say I wouldn't have been able to do this and save money from paying some other guys to do it all thanks to the folks down at Waterproofing Supply. I highly recommend them.
