Atticare is one of the best and honest companies I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. My family recently moved into a new home and we have had a number of random jobs going on at the house. Every time someone went up in our attic space they came down with the same message - evidence of rodents, and minimal insulation. One contractor even removed a recently deceased rat from the attic. Elmer and his team did an amazing job removing old insulation from my attic and installing new insulation and radiant barrier (including sealing and sanitizing the attic space). Their quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. They arrived on time and completed everything ahead of the promised time. They were very friendly, and professional throughout the job. They covered the whole path from front door to attic with plastic sheets and made sure there was not a single mark anywhere or a trace of dirt when they left. I thought atticare did a good job, were competitively priced, and were responsive. When signing the contract they agreed to delay payment of the final <10% until I had a few days to do a final inspection which did catch a couple things that they came back to address.Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
