“We hired Villatoro & M Construction (VC) for a whole house remodel. Our project included everything from seismic and electrical upgrades to a full kitchen and bath remodeling. They literally took almost every wall down to the studs then rebuilt them with new windows, doors, wiring, insulation and wall board. The final result looks amazing. During the process, VC worked diligently to get the job done in less than six months. They have a large crew and were able to schedule whatever resource was needed in a timely manner- sometimes having 8 to 10 workers on site at a time. “After getting quotes from other roofing companies, I selected State Roofing Systems to remove and replace the roof on my house. OTHER companies provided quotes (that were more) and had some obscure exclusions. If I didn't understand the industry, I wouldn't have understood. I did request 3 quotes and ended up hiring Atticare to remove/replace the old insulation in my attic and crawlspace (~1100 sq ft). My house was built in 1948 and the insulation was completely disintegrated and gross. So this work was long overdue.
