“This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. As we have lived in the home over the past few months, we have noticed things that needed to be updated, and Navaz and Or have made sure to send out a crew and fix these things, and they have also stopped by to ensure we are happy.When I first signed with them, I am unsure if the reviews were legit but truly, the work is top notch. “The entire AGC team is incredible. My wife and I did a full gut remodel/rebuild on a 1912 house in San Francisco. We took the entire house down to the studs and then moved and replaced all the studs. To say we were terrified is a complete understatement. We talked to several GC's, and were referred to Aaron Gordon by our architect. He stood out from the start, and there was really no question who we'd go with after meeting with him and running through his process. He broke down and explained every aspect of the project, and priced out the entire thing in advance. And this wasn't a rough ballpark quote like you get from most GCs, it was down to every detail. We were always in the loop on every aspect of the project. We had bi-weekly onsite check ins, and they provided weekly summaries of work completed and what was on the schedule for the coming week. We were never in the dark.Most importantly, I am happy to say now that the project is over, there were no surprises, and they finished on time and on budget (slightly below actually). That's quite an accomplishment considering the scope of work involved. Their quality is top notch, and the entire team is 100% professional. Not to mention they are just genuinely really good people. They would repeatedly go above and beyond what's expected. Just as one example (to which there are many), right when we moved in we tried to start garbage service through Recology and have bins sent to our house. Unfortunately Recology was hacked and their systems were down for weeks. We had nowhere to put our garbage, so the AGC team swung by several weeks in a row to literally pick up our personal garbage, just as a courtesy until we finally got bins sent to us. I could rattle off countless examples, but I just wanted to highlight the level of service they provide. I was flat out impressed at how they conducted themselves both professionally and personally.This whole thing could have been so stressful, but the team ensured it never got to that point. I dare say it was even enjoyable. It was amazing to watch our home transform knowing it was in good hands. I have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone starting a new project. They are as good as it gets, and they will be our go to for all our future needs. So happy we were referred to AGC.“

“We hired M&L Construction for our house projects again because they are dependable and do great work. SF experienced lots of rain and strong gusty winds last winter and spring. This affected our house and we needed help to fix some things. I reached out to the company for assistance and got a response back quickly. Mark and Buddy came out to the house, shared their thoughts with us on the repairs and provided us a quote. They are knowledgeable in their field and I trust they can get the job done. We had a lattice replaced with a wall, a window replaced with a wall and fixed leaning fences. The workers are professionals and dedicated to delivering great results. “El and his crew are the best I have worked with. I have had numerous bad experiences with other contractors but anytime I have worked with El, I have been very pleased.The first project was almost a complete gut job of our first floor. We had structural walls removed, new posts installed down to the foundation, the ceiling raised 2 feet, all new electrical, all new plumbing, a new floor, new bathroom and a giant beam to hold up our second story. They also added a huge deck in the backyard and sliding glass doors off the backroom. The quality was top notch and the crew was respectful and always cleaned up after themselves.I asked El back to install an 8 foot fireplace into a new bump out that required super intricate tile work. The fireplace is a stunner and the manufacturer wants to feature a picture of it on their website. His tile guy (Ronaldo?) is unbelievable. Overall I have been very happy with SF Town Builders and El's expertise!“

“Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project. I enjoyed working with Alex. He has the best "no problem" approach and when we hit a design issue with our deck, he had a great idea of how to rework the stairs and we went with that approach. They also recommended a great architect, window company and other items. Every inspection passed. They responded quickly to my concerns. I will definitely have them come back and do our bathrooms. “Elmer and his team spruced up my vintage, quirky apartment with a variety of professional repairs: replacing a clawfoot tub drain & old light dimmer switch, painting and plastering, installing a new garbage disposal, and fixing heavy wooden pocket doors. They were timely and courteous about contacting us with ETAs. And he sent photos as the work progressed. Since we found more issues to repair (all were necessary & overdue), one day of work expanded into 3 so it was a bit more expensive than I planned.
